Human Aging MPS Platform
Human MPS to Predict Immunotoxicity & Drug Safety
What we study
We are developing immune-integrated organoids and MPS platforms to predict the immunotoxicity of monoclonal antibodies and cancer immunotherapies.
Our platforms reconstruct immune responses in major toxicity-relevant organs, including the Liver, Kidney, Lung, Intestine, Lymph node.
We further develop interconnected multi-organ systems to investigate how local immune activation induced by immunotherapeutics can propagate into systemic immune toxicity and multi-organ injury.
By integrating experimental MPS data with computational and in silico modeling, we aim to establish reproducible and predictive platforms that can ultimately contribute to human-relevant preclinical and regulatory safety assessment.
